About Michelle

I joined American Central Insurance Services in 2008 as a customer service and account manager for Employer Group Benefit Plans. I was promoted to Client Services Manager in 2012. In addition to servicing our employer group clients, I am a licensed producer in life and health insurance with a specialization in Medicare Planning. Medicare can be overwhelming and confusing. As a trusted advisor, I educate clients on how Medicare works, while helping them make the best decisions for their specific insurance needs.
