About Joseph

Joseph U. Ojukwu is the founder and CEO of Glajola Resources Inc, an independent insurance agency. He combines international business experience, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, and a commitment to helping families understand their coverage options. Before entering insurance in 2016, Joseph helped develop his family’s business interests across several countries. His experience with other insurance organizations strengthened his ability to understand clients’ needs and guide them through coverage decisions. He later brought his insurance work under the Glajola name. Based in the Richmond area, Joseph believes clients deserve clear explanations, honest guidance, and continued support beyond enrollment. He serves people from diverse backgrounds, including families navigating the U.S. insurance system for the first time. His goal is to make insurance easier to understand and help every client feel informed, respected, and confident in their choices.
