My mission is to provide one-on-one guidance to eliminate the confusion and provide education to help my clients navigate the Medicare system. In 2022, she obtained her Florida Life and Health insurance license. In 2023, she formed Shepard Insurance Services, LLC. She strives for excellence in service and because of her many years as a Certified Nurse Assistant she understands the varied needs seniors face now and in the future. Jackie enjoys spending time with family, fishing, singing at church, & gardening.
