About Jackie

Jackie Shepard is a lifelong Florida native residing in Nassau County. She has been happily married to Andy for 35 years. Together they have four wonderful sons and four beautiful granddaughters. Jackie was a stay-at-home mom and music worship leader with Andy until 2012. She then became a Certified Nurse Assistant in the Home Health Industry working with seniors in their homes. In 2022, she obtained her Florida Life and Health insurance license. In 2023, she formed Shepard Insurance Services, LLC to continue her service to seniors. They have been her life and ministry focus. She strives for excellence in service and because of her medical background, she understands the varied needs seniors face now and in the future. When she is not helping clients, Jackie enjoys spending time with family, fishing, singing at church, gardening, and caring for her chickens.
