Enhance your online presence with RetireFlo

RetireFlo Team

Gone are the days of business reply cards and outdated “Contact Us” forms on your agency websites. With RetireFlo we streamline these services on your behalf (plus a whole lot more). The team at RetireFlo has compiled a list of best practices for how our service can improve your online presence.

  1. Put it on your website! This is the quickest way to increase your submissions. We encourage our users to put their RetireFlo link front and center on their homepage or on their “Contact Us” page. Instead of working on a lead with only permission to contact, use RetireFlo’s questionnaire to deepen your knowledge about your prospective clients by using it as your front door and first impression to new business.

  2. Should you manage an agency with multiple licensed producers we encourage you to include their respective RetireFlo links right next to their contact info especially if you utilize an “Our Team” page that lists contact information for your agents, We’ve seen our users even include a button near their agent's bios that says “Get Started with [NAME]” that links out to an agent’s RetireFlo link.

  3. Blast RetireFlo link out on social media! Instead of hoping someone sees your facebook post and dials your office, encourage your viewers to click on your RetireFlo link to get started. Whether your prospects or clients click on your link on their phone, tablet, or desktop, RetireFlo will adjust to look professional on their device. Feel free to share your RetireFlo link on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube,Twitter, TikTok, in an online article, or on a podcast!

  4. Include your link in your email signature! Our users are including their RetireFlo pages in their email signature as a way to ensure that their clients know how to share important health data and Medicare preferences when the time comes. This is also helpful should a client or prospect share your information with a friend or potential referral.

  5. Send out an email blast. Whether you are preparing for AEP or encouraging your clients to refer their friends to you, let your clients know they have an easy way to update you on their health regimen and Medicare plan preferences. The more submissions you receive, the more prepared you’ll be for your sales meetings.

  6. Set up a QR code. There are lots of QR code generators out there. Here is a great starting point click here. Include this QR code on your business card, print materials, advertisements etc. to encourage your clients to communicate their important info to you in advance of your meeting.

Should you receive a submission via any of these mediums, whether they are a current client or a prospective client, you will have permission to contact them, a signed Scope of Appointment form, and everything you’d ever need to provide them with plan options.
